Tommy Clements
Tommy Clements serves as Senior Pastor of Second Baytown. He has served in this role since 1997. His main responsibilities include staff leadership, teaching the Word of God, and setting vision for Second Baytown. Tommy and his wife Susan are the parents of three sons and one daughter.
Mark Stafford
Mark Stafford has served Second Baytown as Associate Pastor since 2000. Mark shares the teaching responsibilities with Tommy Clements. Mark also oversees the spiritual development of Second's new members. Mark and his wife Laurie are the parents of one son and two daughters.
Jack Hall
Jack Hall has served as Second Baytown's worship arts pastor since 1987. Jack's responsibilities include the overall music and worship arts program as well as technical production. Jack also oversees Second's publicity and promotional efforts. Jack and his wife Jana are the parents of one son and a daughter.
Ruth Charlson
Ruth Charlson has served as Second Baytown's Children's Minister since 2001. Ruth oversees the spiritual development of children from birth through 5th grade. Ruth and her husband Scott are the parents of one daughter.
Jerry Lyons
Jerry Lyons has served as Second Baytown's Education Pastor since 1995. Jerry's ministry responsibilities include the oversight of small groups as well as our first impressions ministry teams. Jerry and his wife Donna are the parents of two adult children and two grandchildren.
Jeremy Clements
Jeremy Clements has served as Student Minister since September 2011. Jeremy's primary responsibilities include preaching, teaching and developing curriculum for Second's student ministry. Jeremy also oversees the overall discipleship of High School students. Jeremy is passionate about seeing the lost come to Christ and lives a life in pursuit of the one that is far away.
Taylor Schmitt
"Taylor Schmitt has served as Student Minister since September 2011. Taylor’s responsibilities include overseeing the youth praise team, teaching girl’s bible study, and the general discipleship of all female students in the Student Ministry. She is taking classes through Liberty University online to receive her degree in Secondary Education."
