Music Ministries

Adult Choir
Ministry participants will be involved in worship each weekend at Second. Choir practice for adults takes place each Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. No vocal training or musical skills are needed to join the choir.

Praise Band/Team
Praise Band members should be able to play a musical instrument used in praise and worship. Praise Team members will be actively involved in assisting the music pastor lead worship.

          Upcoming Weekend Schedule

Hand bells
Ministry participants will be involved in performing hand bell music in worship services at selected times. Hand bell ministry participants practice Sunday afternoons at 4 p.m.

Christmas Pageant
Pageant ministry participants serve in a variety of areas. Singers, actors, stagehands, sound, technology, props, costumes, ticket sales and security are all important ministry tasks that take place during Pageant. Practice times and schedules vary based on your ministry task.

Senior Adult Choir
Ministry participants age 55 and older may participate in the Senior Adult Choir. The choir meets on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. Performances occur throughout the year in worship and at various community events. Senior Adult choir members may also participate in the Adult Choir and Pageant.
