On Tuesday, I took the choir to surprise shoppers with a Christmas Flash Mob at Baybrook Mall. It was definitely something to check off on my "bucket list". Ministry participants, should have a love of singing and will be involved in worship regularly at Second. Choir practice for adults takes place each Wednesday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. No vocal training or musical skills are needed to join the choir.
Choir Rehearsal

Praise Band members should be proficient on a musical instrument used in praise and worship. Team members will be actively involved in assisting the music pastor lead worship. Participation on with the Band & Vocal Team is by audition only held twice annually.
Pageant ministry participants serve in a variety of areas. Singers, actors, stagehands, sound, technology, props, costumes, ticket sales and security are all important ministry tasks that take place during Pageant. Practice times and schedules vary based on your ministry task.
Our Prime Time Singers are made up of participants who are 55 and older. They are people who love to sing and gather together weekly for fellowship and encouragement. This group sings and participates monthly at area assisted living centers and rehabilitation facilities across our community. In addition this group participates in special regional and state association music events. The choir meets on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m.
