Women who participate in the Secret Sisters ministry will use the “secret pal” format to participate in this ministry. Ministry participants give small gifts and notes of encouragement to each other throughout the year. An end-of-the-year reveal party serves as the setting for ladies to discover the identity of their Secret Sister.

Guidelines For Keeping the Secret
This is a great opportunity to get to know & encourage each other! We are very excited about this program! This is a Secret... Please don't reveal who your sister is, or tell others. (that’s how secrets get out) This is for fun. There are a few simple rules to make sure all of our sisters enjoy this experience! We don't want anyone to feel bad or get hurt doing this, so it is very important to keep that in mind! This is a way for us to let Jesus' Love shine!
You need to send your SS something each month, post card, note of encouragement, small gift etc... You can send this in the mail or place it in Room 102B at the church. Please if you do mail something through the postal system, use the churches address as the return address and do not put your name on it (just put Your Secret Sister or SS)! For Example:

It is your responsibility to keep your coordinator notified of any changes. Please Contact Evelyn Kincl or email at the above address. If any unexpected event happens and you are unable to fulfill your SS duties or you feel the need to drop out, You are responsible for letting your coordinator know!
Please note:
There is no monetary limit to what you can spend on your SS. Keep in mind, however, that it is not the size of the gift but the thought that you are reaching out to brighten someone's day. Don't be afraid to send something unique! It is always fun to receive a one-of-a-kind gift. Be sneaky! Have Fun! Remember to look over your SS questionnaire and mark important dates that should be acknowledged, i.e. birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Please have fun with your new SS in any way that you can to make her smile or encourage her through these next few months. We feel that it would be wonderful to also lift each other up in prayer before the Lord!
