Awana is in All 50 States and In Over 104 Countries ... and Still Growing!

The Awana program is a cross-denominational program designed to reach boys and girls with the good news of Jesus and to train them to serve him. Awana started in Chicago over 50 years ago and today it has spread to over 10,200 churches worldwide.

The word Awana stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed and comes from 2 Timothy 2:15. "Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

Awana is a wonderful tool for the kids. Awana clubs and programs make Scripture memorization fun and are geared to the needs of a range of ages and grades.
